FAQ’s
What if I want to print an image or use it offline?
All images come with an online license allowing you to use your images to promote your products/brand online. This includes social media, website content, e-commerce, and digital advertising.
We can also provide an Extended License for a one-time fee of $600. This gives you the ability to use a particular image for offline content. This includes product packaging, print, TV advertisements, and out-of-home use.
What about models?
We don’t work with or have access to professional models at this time. Some of the images may include people or body parts (such as hands). If you specifically request people in your images, we can accommodate this for a nominal fee of $20 per image.
What if I don’t like my images?
You will submit a content brief before we start work on any project. You can be as detailed as you like or leave it open to our creative interpretation. We are open to discussing the images and making a few tweaks to make them better fit your vision.
What is your refund policy?
As this is a digital product, please note there are no refunds for completed work.
